Double Driver

It’s that time of the year – buying some toy belts that lights up and makes sounds.

For the last 4 years I’ve been buying Kamen Rider belts at the beginning of every year. (I did some reviews on the Kivat and IXA belts I bought two years ago, check the Kamen Rider categories on the website.) The old series ends at the beginning of the year followed by the next series; although this year was a bit different. Kamen Rider Double started airing last year’s Summer, which broke the tradition; that also meant that I had to buy the belt earlier. The problem was that I didn’t have money until recently, so here it is – the DX Double Driver.

I’m not going to write a review about it because that would just be stupid. Approximately 200 other people on youtube and other websites have already written their review. No point in writing another just to take up server spaces.

I have to say that the belt is very fun, but there’s a catch; if you don’t buy the weapons, the belt won’t be completed with the Trigger and Metal Gaia Memories. So I also ordered the Fang Gaia Memory, Trigger Magnum, and the Metal Shaft. The Trigger Magmum and Metal Shaft are both backordered but hopefully HLJ will have them in stock soon. As for the Fang Memory, it’s coming in tomorrow.

On a side note, I actually really like Kamen Rider Double as a KR Series; lots of bike action and decent storyline. I’m really digging this series. I take my words back.

I am also desperately in need of a quality camera.
