Japanese Bistro Kobe

Went to this tiny Japanese restaurant nearby my house that I never knew existed.

Jon and I ordered a supper special, beef shoga with rice, assorted tempora and sashimi. Quality of sashimi was unexpectedly fresh.

Miso soup and a small bowl of salad was served before the meal came. Miso soup had tofu and seaweed in it which is a plus because not all Japanese restaurants here do that. They’re run by cheap Chinese people. Salad was good, with a light sesame dressing.

Menard here ordered the same meal but with California roll and not sashimi. Blurry pic that is one.

Alan (guy with his face covered by my triangle) ordered two plates of sushi rolls that I forgot what they were called. Angel Kiss something and something else. Great memory I have.

Food was amazing there, would visit there again someday. Especially when it’s so close to where I live.
